Mark as General Manager brings 15 years experience in ground transportation with particular expertise in maximizing use of IT and web-based IT tools in both operations and service delivery. Mark was formerly General Manager of transport company, the Anderson Young Group, heading some 90 staff. He developed the strategy; won major corporate accounts and increased the usage of the website by 500%.
Mark also pioneered London’s first executive car service as joint Managing Director and Shareholder of Elite Passenger Services in 2008.
