Fleet
Matrix offers a four-tier service option – saloon, corporate, executive and chauffeur. In addition we offer a fleet of hybrid cars. All vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation technology, which allows us to track all our vehicles at any time, ensuring we pick up our passengers on time. All vehicles conform to the highest standards of safety, comfort and cleanliness.
As a condition of employment, Matrix drivers must have taken and passed the topographical test which is regulated by the Public Carriage Office. For ease of identification, drivers wear their distinctive PCO badge as well as always displaying a Matrix name board.
Matrix maintains a dedicated Driver Services Centre. One of the principal functions of the centre is to monitor performance, service and efficiency across the fleet. Each driver in the Matrix fleet is subject to an enchanced Criminal Records Check(CRB), insurance checks, health and licence inspection on a continuous basis.
In order to ensure we recruit the right caliber of driver we carry out a high level recruitment process which consists of a series of knowledge tests, along with a full induction. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our drivers, along with our high retention levels, to ensure this is maintained we conduct regular driver and vehicle checks, along with obtaining client feedback.
Our high end fleet consists of Mercedes-Benz and Audi which hold a unique position in motoring legend. Uncompromising in their styling, engineering and specification, they bring a level of unqualified luxury that is recognised and respected by discerning connoisseurs of good taste everywhere.
