Also on the Matrix board is Tom, Managing Director of Sirius Management, who contributes 20 years of travel industry experience – 15 in corporate travel procurement. Stone has worked as global travel Manager for SmithKline Beecham, followed by senior posts at Seagram and Universal Music International.

He established Sirius in 2007 to provide outsourced travel management to corporations, as well as project-based consultancy. Tom is currently Chairman of the Institute of Travel management.

Mark as General Manager brings 15 years experience in ground transportation with particular expertise in maximizing use of IT and web-based IT tools in both operations and service delivery. Mark was formerly General Manager of transport company, the Anderson Young Group, heading some 90 staff. He developed the strategy; won major corporate accounts and increased the usage of the website by 500%.

Mark also pioneered London’s first executive car service as joint Managing Director and Shareholder of Elite Passenger Services in 2008.

As co-founder and Managing Director of Burgundy Global, Matthew was responsible for strategic development, as well as sales, marketing and account management.

He set up the business and achieved growth in excess of 300% in five years, despite a global recession in travel. During his time at Burgundy he built up a global network of 200-plus affiliates and completed four acquisitions. Matthew has 15 years experience in the industry, initially with London Executive cars and then as Managing Director/owner of Safe and Secure Carriage Ltd.

Gillian Sellers joins the team at Matrix Moves. Gillian has 18 years experience in Human Resources Management, spanning a variety of sectors including, Service, Transport, Financial Services and the IT industry. Gillian has, for the past 3 years, specialized in Compensation, Reward and Retention within the IT industry, both in the UK and across Continental Europe.

Gillian also has extensive experience of large volume recruitment, development and retention of staff, and has been instrumental in implementing quality Service and People standards within Customer focused organisations.

Matrix offers a four-tier service option – saloon, corporate, executive and chauffeur. In addition we offer a fleet of hybrid cars. All vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation technology, which allows us to track all our vehicles at any time, ensuring we pick up our passengers on time. All vehicles conform to the highest standards of safety, comfort and cleanliness.

As a condition of employment, Matrix drivers must have taken and passed the topographical test which is regulated by the Public Carriage Office. For ease of identification, drivers wear their distinctive PCO badge as well as always displaying a Matrix name board.

Matrix maintains a dedicated Driver Services Centre. One of the principal functions of the centre is to monitor performance, service and efficiency across the fleet. Each driver in the Matrix fleet is subject to an enchanced Criminal Records Check(CRB), insurance checks, health and licence inspection on a continuous basis.

In order to ensure we recruit the right caliber of driver we carry out a high level recruitment process which consists of a series of knowledge tests, along with a full induction. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our drivers, along with our high retention levels, to ensure this is maintained we conduct regular driver and vehicle checks, along with obtaining client feedback.

Our high end fleet consists of Mercedes-Benz and Audi which hold a unique position in motoring legend. Uncompromising in their styling, engineering and specification, they bring a level of unqualified luxury that is recognised and respected by discerning connoisseurs of good taste everywhere.
